Online Booking & Purchases

By booking or purchasing services online, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity is suspected.
Payments
Payments are due at booking unless otherwise arranged.
Packages or memberships must be used within the validity period; unused sessions may expire. All packages will expire within 12 months if not used or extended within that time. All Gift cards expire 7 years after purchase. All packages and gift cards value deals automatically expire within 1 year.
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a full session fee.
If we must reschedule due to staff availability, you will not be charged, or will be refunded if we cannot reschedule you.
Health & Safety
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns before starting training or therapy.
Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise or massage therapy program.
We reserve the right to refuse service if participation is unsafe or if we are unsure we can do no harm.
Massage Therapy Policy
Massage services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and possible client dismissal.
Personal Training Policy
Training results vary based on effort, adherence, and individual circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Liability Waiver
You acknowledge that training and massage carry inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily accept these risks.
Level Up Results LLC is not liable for injuries or conditions arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
Email & Communication
By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from Level Up Results LLC regarding bookings, promotions, updates, and newsletters.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Email communications regarding bookings or account updates are necessary for service delivery and cannot be unsubscribed from.
Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website, booking platform, or email is used only to provide services and communicate with you.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law.
