Q: What services do you offer?

A: We offer personal training, small group (“Group X”) training, on-demand fitness, and muscular therapy / medical massage

Q: What is your area of expertise?

A: Our expertise lies in medical massage, corrective exercise, pain-free performance training, women’s health (including hormone balance and menopause), and long-term functional fitness.

Q: What makes your muscular therapy different from a standard massage?

A: Our muscular therapy is based in medical massage practice, mixing orthopedic and therapeutic touch. This is how we reach and address the root causes of pain, tension, and dysfunction. Your first treatment has built in extra time to review our findings and create a plan for long term results.

Q: What is Group X / small group training?

A: Group-X is a small group training program (up to 6 members) that combines the personalized attention of a Personal training session with the energy and accountability of a group class. We keep detailed logs of how your body ticks, and our group class structure comes with built in modifications to create a perfect workout for YOU! No more moving through pain or feeling left out of the workout!

Q: Do you have options for remote / on-demand training?

A: Yes! With NXT LVL On-Demand, you can access fitness, recovery, education and options to meet with a Personal Trainer anytime, anywhere—so wellness fits your life, and your budget!

Q: Who leads the team?

A: Level Up is owned by Twyla Everett Williams, LMT, CPT, and her Patner in fitness Celestial Park LMT, CPT. Our team advances in medical and sports massage, pain-free performance, prenatal/postpartum fitness, hormone balance, and menopause.

Q: Do you work with prenatal and postpartum clients?

A: Yes! We specialize in prenatal and postpartum care—helping new and expecting moms move safely, recover strength, and get back to feeling their best.

Q: Do you train all genders?

A: Absolutely. We welcome all clients and customize every program to your unique needs! 🏳️‍🌈

Q: Do I need to be in shape before starting?

A: Not at all. Every program is tailored to your starting point, whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned athlete.

Q: How long are sessions?

A: Training sessions are usually 40 minutes for a balance of efficiency and to match your busy lifetstyle. Muscular therapy sessions may vary depending on your treatment plan.

Q: How often should I book Personal Training sessions?

A: In order to expect to see results in any fitness program, you should expect to exercise a minimum of 40-minutes a day, at least 3 days a week. Think about how many days you are likely to complete an exercise routine on your own, and use that to decide how often to meet with your coach. The average client meets with us twice a week, and blends the 1-1 sessions with Group X to save on money and get the best of both worlds!

Q: How often should I book Muscular therapy sessions?

For regular maintenance and upkeep, we recommend scheduling your Muscular Therapy sessions every 4-6 weeks. For current pain and dysfunction, consider coming weekly for the 1st 2-3 weeks, before returning to your maintenance schedule.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: We ask for 48 hours notice when possible to accommodate all clients without fee. We reserve the right to charge up to the full rate of the session for any appointments canceled in less than 36 hours.

Q: Do you create personalized plans?

A: Yes. That's the fun part for us! All training and therapy programs are fully customized to your goals, lifestyle, and health needs.
